Negotiation is Women’s Work
As a member of the team at Archetyp, a community center and café in Berlin, I had the privilege of spearheading the creation of promotional materials for various workshops and large-scale events.
One such workshop, which I helped to organize, was a highly interactive session focused on negotiation strategies for professionals. Participants were equipped with essential tools to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, including the ability to secure high-value agreements, yield minimum concessions, and establish robust collaborative terms.
In addition to this, I contributed to the project by developing a comprehensive design package that included an illustration of a modern Rosy Riveter, posters, social media assets, and copy (in German). Professor Corman Aaron was a true embodiment of inspiration, as well as an exceptional teacher and mentor for the workshop group.
