Welcome to my design website. My name is Elena, and my work is primarily orbiting the publishing, educational, and creative industries.

As you browse through my portfolio website, you might notice that my commercial style or any work that has been done for clients is quite versatile. I am comfortable working in different artistic and graphical styles across various media. Without content, there is no design. Therefore, I believe that the content should inform the design and the medium used to serve it, rather than taking the stage.
In my personal projects I like to experiment with simple and clean shapes. I find myself drawn to the interplay of light and shadow, the tactile quality of texture, and the delicate dance of transparency. Geometric precision and the intricate workings of machinery also hold a special fascination for me.

In my designs, I strive for a harmonious balance, avoiding extremes of boldness or ostentation. Instead, I aim to captivate the observer through subtlety, drawing them in with the allure of gentle illumination, the illusion of distance, and the serenity of introspection. It's a realm where the gaze finds repose and the imagination takes flight. 

In a world filled with loud noise, I believe there's immense value in the tranquil refuge of serene design.
